About This Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced .NET Team Lead to join their team in Sweden. As a leader in the .NET team, you will guide a team of engineers, drive technical excellence, and contribute to strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8-9.NET engineers, supporting their growth and development
• Balance line management duties with hands-on software engineering (50/50 split)
• Drive best practices in.NET development, including Agile methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure external input and maintain excellence across the.NET Team
